Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management — from initiation, planning, execution, to delivery.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and scope requirements.
• Manage multi-technology projects with accountability for successful outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and content specialists.

Technical & Methodological Expertise

• Guide teams through all SDLC phases: planning, design, build, test, and implementation.
• Employ Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and utilize project management tools like JIRA, ADO, and ServiceNow.
• Oversee risk management strategies, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues when needed.
• Monitor and allocate cross-team dependencies to optimize workflow.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Engage proactively with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Maintain transparent communication with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Manage Change Requests and Service Requests in a matrixed environment.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Supervise quality assurance processes ensuring deliverables meet high standards.
• Drive innovation by refining project management practices and methodologies.
• Generate comprehensive project reports and status updates for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in corporate IT environments with at least 5 years in project management.
• Proven experience managing software development teams of 10+ members.
• Expertise in project KPIs, metrics, and lifecycle management from concept to delivery.
• Strong background in multi-technology projects, including cloud solutions, microservices, and DevOps.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies: Scrum, SAFe; tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, multi-functional IT organization.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and internal IT teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
