Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Director – Finance Transformation, you’ll:
- Lead and deliver shared services model design, technology-led GBS setups, and Vendor Management Office (VMO) transformation programs
- Advise on operating models, contract governance, and vendor portfolio optimization
- Drive negotiations, SOW validations, risk assessments, and RACI matrix development
- Oversee SLAs, billing structures, and region-aligned governance strategies
- Support global outsourcing programs, benchmark vendor performance, and streamline contractual compliance
- Manage end-to-end transformation roadmap execution, change management, and stakeholder alignment
- Conduct market research and analytics to inform decisions on finance process reengineering, procurement tech, cloud adoption, and shared-services excellence
Required Skills & Experience
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Senior-level experience in GBS, finance transformation, shared-services, or VMO environments
- Deep understanding of contract lifecycle, governance, outsourcing, and vendor management
- Strong expertise in finance operating models applicable to GBS and outsourcing
- Proven success in negotiation, benchmarking, and vendor performance oversight
- Capability to manage complex multi-regional finance projects
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and strategic consulting skills
- Exposure to FMCG, technology, or finance verticals preferred
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Business, or Management
- 8+ years of experience in shared services, GBS, or finance transformation contexts
- Experience leading complex transformation programs across geographies
- Track record of delivering contract and vendor optimization engagements
