🧭 Key Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Consultant specializing in Power BI and data transformation, you will:

• Build dynamic, interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Use Python to automate workflows and enhance analytics processes
• Perform data modeling, cleansing, and transformation for complex datasets
• Translate business problems into data solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting logic
• Create data visualizations that uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Work on data integration projects from multiple structured/unstructured sources
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business decisions
• Present data-driven insights to technical and non-technical audiences

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Hands-on expertise with Power BI (DAX, data models, visualizations)
• Strong SQL scripting skills (Advanced level)
• Good knowledge of Python for data analysis tasks
• Experience with Tableau or Looker Studio (optional but preferred)
• Familiarity with data wrangling and transformation pipelines
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Solid understanding of business domains and BI implementation cycles
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2–6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar field
