🧭 Key Responsibilities
As a D365 CRM & Power Platform Architect, you will:
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Architect Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Lead discovery sessions to gather CRM and business requirements
- Configure and customize D365 components: entities, forms, workflows, JS/TS scripts, and plug-ins
- Develop integrations with external systems via APIs, connectors, middleware
- Ensure solution security, compliance, and performance optimization
- Guide technical teams, provide hands-on support, and ensure code quality
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts with solution presentations and demos
- Stay up to date on the latest D365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure features
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 15+ years of experience in CRM solution architecture and delivery
- Expert-level proficiency in:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing modules)
- Power Platform (Model-Driven & Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Integration techniques and middleware
- JS/TS scripting for client-side customization
- Team management experience (minimum 10-member teams)
- Strong knowledge of solution packaging & deployment (managed/unmanaged)
- Microsoft certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
