🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As a Controls Assurance Consultant, you’ll play a hands-on role in:

• Leading small to mid-sized IT audit modules including ITGC, ITAC, and SOC reviews.
• Conducting detailed process walkthroughs and testing ERP-based controls (SAP/Oracle).
• Ensuring timely and accurate control documentation, including observations and evidence.
• Coordinating directly with client stakeholders for data collection, clarifications, and walkthroughs.
• Managing audit planning, fieldwork execution, and quality control of deliverables.
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development.
• Collaborating on control design evaluations and remediation planning for high-risk areas.
• Participating in risk assessments, control reviews, and compliance evaluations.

✅ Skills & Experience Required

Must-Have Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in IT audits and risk advisory.
• Strong knowledge of ITGC, ITAC, and SOC reporting standards.
• Proficient in ERP-based control testing (SAP/Oracle).
• Familiarity with SOX compliance, SSAE, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Effective stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications: CISA, CISSP, CRISC (preferred, not mandatory).
• Exposure to TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management).
• Experience with risk management frameworks and compliance reporting.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (B.E./B.Tech preferred).
• Additional certifications or postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
