Key Responsibilities
As an Application Developer in this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy Java-based applications using the Spring Boot framework.
- Build and configure scalable, secure, and efficient RESTful APIs to support business processes.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, team members, and stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into functional applications.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality code and application performance.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing tuning strategies.
- Deploy and maintain applications on OpenShift clusters.
- Work within a microservices architecture, leveraging ORM tools like Hibernate and SQL databases.

Required Skills & Competencies
To excel as a Spring Boot Developer and Application Developer, you should have:
- Minimum 2-5 years hands-on experience with Spring Boot application development.
- Strong proficiency in core Java programming.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration platforms like OpenShift.
- Knowledge of database design, SQL, and ORM frameworks such as Hibernate.
