Key Responsibilities
As an Order to Cash Associate, you will support key finance operations across the O2C cycle to ensure smooth cash flow, accurate collections, and client satisfaction.
Daily Tasks Include:
- Processing collections and coordinating with clients on payment status
- Managing cash application and resolving unapplied cash scenarios
- Performing cash reconciliations and following up on missing remittances
- Handling customer queries related to collections and invoices
- Recording collection activity in client-specified systems
- Supporting bad debt provisioning and dunning processes
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards and restricted-country regulations
- Preparing refund packages and assisting with financial reporting
- Supporting end-to-end revenue and cash flow management
