Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Associate in the CAMP Health & Controls team, you will:
- Partner with Product Managers to identify and deliver new product opportunities through data analytics, discovery, and customer insights.
- Support end-to-end product development, including research, journey mapping, and roadmap planning.
- Analyze and monitor product metrics related to performance, cost, and quality across the lifecycle.
- Draft requirements, epics, and user stories; ensure JIRA hygiene and agile alignment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to automate business controls and ensure desired outcomes.
- Onboard and manage monitoring data sources in Business Process Reconciliation tools.
- Build visualization dashboards and self-service reporting tools for key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical diagrams such as class, sequence, and flow diagrams using Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
- Drive the shift toward self-service capabilities within the CAMP Health product ecosystem.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product analytics, or business analysis.
- Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to release.
- Hands-on experience using Agile methodologies and JIRA for sprint delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data literacy and metric tracking.
- Proficiency in API documentation (Swagger), and understanding of SOAP, XML, JSON, and related web service protocols.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software development or FinTech environments with a focus on data-driven product management.
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Manager with hands-on experience writing Agile user stories.
- Experience building dashboards and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Certifications: CSM, CSPO, or AWS Cloud Practitioner preferred.
- Familiarity with Consumer Banking products such as deposit accounts, credit cards, wealth management, lending, or mortgage.
