Key Responsibilities
- Gather feedback from customers and business users to ensure the product meets user needs.
- Co-develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Act as subject matter expert for Cobrand product requirements and external partner integration.
- Drive the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data protection requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
- Assist in go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, release planning, and promotional campaigns.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 9+ years of product management experience.
- Strong understanding of APIs, business process automation, payment processing, and card issuance technologies.
- Proven experience with digital web/mobile and API-based applications on public cloud platforms.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Familiarity with design thinking (UX/UI, client journey, moments of truth) and ability to translate target customer experiences into wireframes and mockups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced MS degree is a plus.
- Experience in API definitions and design, modern software stacks, and databases.
- Previous work experience in banking, fintech, or payment processing.
