Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP BTP solutions in a global HR environment.
- Develop and maintain ABAP RAP and CAP model applications for HR processes.
- Customize and extend SAP Fiori/UI5 applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of SAP HR solutions.
- Provide production and warranty support, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Develop data models, CDS views, and APIs for seamless integration across SAP modules.
- Participate in DevOps practices, including CI/CD and system deployment pipelines.
- Engage with stakeholders, system integrators, and onshore/offshore teams to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions.
Skills Required
- SAP BTP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform and development environments.
- ABAP RAP: Proficient in ABAP Restful Application Programming for S/4HANA applications.
- CAP Model: Experience in building cloud-native applications using CAP (Services, Entities, Events).
- Programming Skills: ABAP, Node.js, Java; familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- SAP Fiori/UI5 Development: Ability to design and extend HR Fiori applications.
- APIs & Protocols: RESTful APIs, OData Services, HTTP/HTTPS integration.
- Data Modeling: Strong skills in CDS views and structured data representation.
- DevOps Awareness: Understanding of CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and best practices.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Acumen: Ability to deliver innovative HR solutions in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a BTP Developer.
- Relevant SAP certifications in BTP, ABAP RAP, or CAP preferred.
- Proven experience implementing HR systems in global setups.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
