Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of business problems and processes to identify AI/ML solutions.
- Perform end-to-end model development: data wrangling, analysis, training, testing, selection, and deployment.
- Optimize Generative AI models for NLP tasks, including summarization and text generation.
- Conduct evaluations of AI/ML models (e.g., GPT-4) and iterate on architectures to improve performance.
- Implement real-time monitoring mechanisms to ensure model reliability.
- Communicate technical results and AI/ML insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to deploy AI/ML solutions across the organization.
- Perform ad-hoc and periodic analysis for business stakeholders and model risk teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Formal training or certification in Applied AI/ML concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including experimentation and integration with OpenAI API.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and OpenAI API.
- Experience building AI/ML models on structured and unstructured data, including model explainability and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, time series, deep learning, reinforcement learning), and generative model architectures (GANs, VAEs).
- Proficiency with data analytics toolkits: SQL, Spark, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost.
- Experience with graph analytics and neural networks (PyTorch).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in RAG pipelines and advanced generative AI implementations.
- Familiarity with the financial services or banking domain.
