Key Responsibilities
- Conduct manual and automated UI testing for web applications and AI-powered solutions.
- Perform GenAI testing, including prompt validation, output evaluation, hallucination detection, and bias testing.
- Develop and execute automation test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent tools.
- Conduct API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks.
- Validate AI applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Integrate testing workflows with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Debug and troubleshoot software and AI model issues to ensure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data visualization and AI solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on AI and data applications.
- Strong knowledge of GenAI testing methodologies: prompt validation, output evaluation, hallucination detection, bias testing.
- Proficiency in UI testing (manual and automation) for web applications.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent.
- Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD integration.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with AI model evaluation metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, BERTScore, etc.).
- Knowledge of accessibility testing tools (AXE, WAVE).
- Familiarity with MLOps or AI application lifecycle management.
