About the Role

As a Techno-Functional Consultant in EPM Planning (EPBCS), you will lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPBCS modules, manage integration with source systems, and oversee the technical and functional aspects of cloud deployments. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to design, configure, and optimize solutions aligned with business objectives, ensuring clients achieve digital finance transformation success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in Oracle EPBCS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee application development processes, data management, and integration with source systems.
• Write complex business rules and Groovy scripts for module functionality.
• Guide stakeholders on solution design for Finance, Workforce, and Capex modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to align EPBCS initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Drive adoption of modules such as Financial Consolidation & Close, Narrative Reporting, Profitability and Cost Management Cloud (PCMCS), SmartView, Account Reconciliation, and Essbase.
• Mentor and manage EPBCS specialists, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality client solutions.

Experience & Competencies

• 5+ years of customer-facing EPBCS implementation experience.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud EPBCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, and out-of-the-box modules.
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in release management processes and project delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Valid passport for business travel to client sites.

Education

• Graduate degree from a reputed institution (Finance preferred).
• Oracle certification is an added advantage.
