Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and Databricks notebooks for ingesting, transforming, and loading data into data lakes.
- Build scalable, high-performance data pipelines using Spark (PySpark or Spark SQL).
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop data models and schemas for reporting, analytics, and decision support.
- Implement data quality checks, validation, and security controls across pipelines.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Knowledge of Delta Lake, data integration, and DevOps principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3–9 years of professional experience in Databricks data engineering.
- Experience in data migration, transformation, and analytics projects.
- Exposure to cloud-native data engineering solutions is highly desirable.
