Key Responsibilities
- Engagement Delivery: Lead project tracks, manage junior team members, and execute solutions for client engagements.
- Project Management: Plan, track, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Define deliverable content, manage engagement risk, and provide guidance to teams.
- Business Development Support: Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and develop client relationships with key decision-makers.
- Stakeholder Management: Capture requirements, assign clear ownership of tasks, track progress, and communicate status, issues, and risks proactively.
- Team Leadership: Coach team members, delegate effectively, and foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Quality & Problem Solving: Ensure accuracy, apply feedback, propose alternatives, and improve project processes.
- Adaptability: Manage competing demands and respond effectively to changes in project scope or client requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute).
- 5+ years of experience in project management and delivery, including 3+ years in supervisory roles.
- Experience in SOP preparation, process improvement, strategic planning, or city/government projects is preferred.
- Strong documentation, report writing, and analytical skills.
