Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage compensation, rewards, and performance management projects.
- Execute project tasks independently and guide analysts and junior consultants.
- Develop deliverables that meet client needs, including presentations, recommendations, and reports.
- Anticipate client challenges and formulate effective solutions under guidance from senior managers.
- Maintain and expand client relationships through high-quality work delivery.
- Contribute to proposal development, business initiatives, and practice-building activities.
- Assist in implementation of workforce transformation programs as required.

- Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits program design, incentive design, and performance management.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or Master’s degree from Tier 1 institutes.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, compensation, or rewards management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead small project teams and manage deliverables effectively.
