Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale business and digital transformation engagements in the financial services sector.
- Drive customer experience optimization initiatives across retail, corporate lending, and microfinance.
- Oversee product innovation projects, including fintech collaborations and loan origination systems.
- Partner with CXOs, business heads, and operations teams to define strategy, execute programs, and track KPIs.
- Develop point-of-views (POVs) on market trends, technology adoption, and FS ecosystem developments.
- Lead RFP responses, proposals, business development efforts, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Mentor, coach, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project and organizational goals.
Must-Have Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Indian banking and NBFC ecosystems, especially MSME and corporate banking.
- Hands-on experience in business strategy, digital transformation, and customer experience programs.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities in change management and adoption of new technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for reporting and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- 10–12 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology-driven transformation.
- Prior experience managing teams and large-scale FS transformation projects.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with cross-functional teams.
