Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – CSAD Project Manager, you will:
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements across capital markets, trade lifecycle, and customer lifecycle management.
- Prepare BRDs, process flows, and test scenarios; coordinate UAT across global teams.
- Support legacy system decommissioning projects, ensuring business readiness and smooth transition.
- Communicate project status, risks, and UAT results clearly to stakeholders.
- Utilize Excel, JIRA, and Confluence for requirement tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across cross-functional, global teams.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong business analysis and project management skills in the capital markets domain.
- Experience in requirement gathering, test scenario writing, and stakeholder coordination.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, JIRA, Confluence.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a global environment.
- Familiarity with compliance, risk management, and legacy system transitions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis / Project Management.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in capital markets, customer lifecycle, or technology transformation projects is preferred.
