Key Responsibilities
Workfront Implementation & Process Management
- Design, configure, and implement Workfront work management solutions tailored to client needs.
- Gather and analyze requirements to evaluate fitment within the Workfront platform.
- Build and iterate Workfront process prototypes using agile methodologies.
- Manage system upgrades, configuration, and maintenance to ensure platform optimization.
- Serve as the Workfront Subject Matter Expert (SME) and central contact for users across functions.
Business Consulting & Process Optimization
- Translate business goals into scalable workflow automation solutions.
- Conduct process reviews and recommend best practices for Workfront adoption.
- Develop custom Workfront dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Provide training and onboarding to new Workfront users.
- Stay current with Workfront quarterly updates and lead enablement sessions.
Technical Integration & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales Architects, Delivery Managers, and Project Teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage SaaS integrations with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and HRIS.
- Offer post-deployment technical support and troubleshooting for client implementations.
- Lead client meetings, demos, and technical design workshops.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in software development, consulting, or technology implementation.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workfront or project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Wrike).
- Proven track record in client-facing implementation or consulting roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Ability to design and execute scalable workflow automation frameworks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts) and report creation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in SaaS environments with enterprise-level clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Workfront certification or similar project management credentials.
- Experience in implementing Workfront integrations with Adobe suite or other systems.
- Exposure to enterprise tools such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, or CRM platforms.
- Experience working in large-scale transformation projects or global consulting environments.
