About the Opportunity

As Tech and AI Lead, you will guide EY’s Global Analytics team in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to deliver actionable business insights across the organization. You will review the firm’s tech stack, evaluate new tools, and spearhead initiatives that apply GenAI models to improve operations, automation, and decision-making.

This role offers the unique chance to lead high-impact analytics and automation projects while collaborating with global teams across EY’s consulting, finance, and strategy functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI and technology strategy for EY’s Global Analytics team.
• Identify opportunities to integrate GenAI functionality into products and solutions.
• Oversee AI model development, data architecture, and analytics automation.
• Design and manage projects like:
  • GenAI Insight Portal for Global Analytics
  • Automated recommendation systems and alerting frameworks
  • Dynamic communication systems connecting insights to business users
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Provide technical leadership—conducting code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively to senior executives using data visualization tools.

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and software development life cycles.
• Strong understanding of database design, schema management, and data versioning.
• Proven track record of delivering AI or analytics-led business transformation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation use cases, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire).
• Strong grasp of statistical modeling and predictive analytics in production environments.
• Familiarity with recommendation systems, regression/classification models, and data storytelling.
• Exposure to strategy or consulting environments and agile delivery models.
