This role focuses on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) page creation, content management, and web publishing, ensuring high-quality, visually appealing, and performance-optimized digital content. Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish web pages on ey.com and related sites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Upload content, select appropriate modules/components, and ensure visual aesthetics and quality control.
• Maintain, diagnose, and upgrade pages to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, stakeholders, and global teams to ensure timely publication of content.
• Apply knowledge of image selection, basic HTML, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere to enhance page design and presentation.
• Suggest templates and modules in AEM for marketing objectives.
• Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and strong customer focus.
• Coordinate multiple projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and CMS tools.
• Strong understanding of website best practices: responsive design, image sizing, and link placements.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and digital asset management.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail, design sense, and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Sprinklr, Brightcove, Crownpeak, Flourish, and basic analytics tools.
• Experience in visual asset management and web performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in web publishing or content management using AEM.
