EY is seeking a skilled Oracle Finance Senior Consultant with expertise in Oracle ERP Financials and Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate will have experience in full lifecycle implementations, client-facing roles, and integration projects. Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle ERP Financials and Fusion Financials.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Financial modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management.
• Gather business requirements using AIM/OUM methodologies and translate them into functional solutions.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), design reviews, and solution workshops.
• Handle solution design, functional fit-gap analysis, training, testing (SIT/UAT), and quality deliverables.
• Support data conversion, integrations, and client-facing activities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in Project Management Office (PMO) activities to ensure smooth delivery.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proven experience in Oracle ERP Financials with at least 2 years in Fusion Financials.
• Hands-on experience in project accounting and supply chain modules is a plus.
• Strong skills in solution design, functional specifications, testing, and training.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Client-facing experience and ability to travel for onsite engagements.
• Valid passport required for business travel.

Education

• CA / CWA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
