Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of AI/Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients.
- Develop and deploy LLMs and generative AI models, leveraging frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and cloud APIs like Azure OpenAI GPT.
- Build end-to-end AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, model deployment, and MLOps integration.
- Utilize vector databases (Redis), NoSQL, and similarity search algorithms for large-scale AI datasets.
- Collaborate with domain experts and stakeholders to customize AI solutions for industry-specific challenges.
- Conduct research on advanced AI techniques, including transfer learning, domain adaptation, and model compression.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and trusted AI principles, emphasizing fairness and transparency.
- Mentor teams and provide technical guidance on AI best practices, DevOps/MLOps, and CI/CD processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Ph.D. is a plus.
- 12–14 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI solution development.
- Expertise in NLP, generative AI, LLMs, computer vision, and optimization techniques.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Cloud deployment experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of DevOps and MLOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills for stakeholder management.
