About the Role
As an Associate Consultant – Forensics, you will contribute to EY’s Investigations & Compliance services, performing verification, validation, and coordination tasks across client engagements. Your work will support the integrity of client operations and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage records in systems and Excel as per task requirements.
- Validate information and documents accurately.
- Conduct verifications from sources following client guidelines.
- Follow up via calls or emails with HR SPOCs, institutes, colleges, or candidates to collect information or documents.
- Coordinate with verification sources and update internal databases.
- Ensure closure of verification checks within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with other operations teams to ensure smooth closure of tasks.
- Interpret and comply with quality assurance standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in verification, investigations, or compliance.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
