Key Responsibilities
SAP MM Implementation & Consulting
- Lead end-to-end SAP MM implementations, covering 2–4 full-cycle projects.
- Configure SAP MM modules, including Enquiry to Billing cycle and Pricing (basic and advanced).
- Integrate SAP MM with other modules such as SD, PP, FICO for seamless business operations.
- Analyze current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes and recommend SAP solutions.
- Develop Functional Specifications (FS), Configuration documents, and high-quality deliverables.
Client Engagement & Collaboration
- Work closely with Indian clients to understand requirements and deliver SAP MM solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
- Mentor junior consultants and team members to build high-performing SAP delivery teams.
Process & Performance Improvement
- Identify opportunities to optimize SAP MM processes and configurations.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process reengineering and business transformation initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, quality standards, and client delivery timelines.
Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP MM implementation and consulting.
- Hands-on experience in SAP MM Enquiry to Billing cycle, Pricing, and configuration.
- Knowledge of integration with SD, PP, FICO, and other SAP modules.
- Ability to develop functional specifications, configuration documents, and project deliverables.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to work independently and within small and large project teams.
- Willingness to travel for short and long-term client projects.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Science or Engineering from premier institutes.
- 5–7 years of relevant management or consulting-oriented experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and MM module configurations.
