Key Responsibilities
Billing Operations
- Prepare and generate accurate client invoices in a timely manner.
- Oversee billing cycles, pricing, and methods, ensuring adherence to internal controls.
- Manage AR meta-data in ERP systems, including Customer Master Data, Revenue Centers, and Reporting Segments.
Collections & Dispute Resolution
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes efficiently and professionally.
Process Improvement & ERP Support
- Assist in implementing RPA automation for accounting processes.
- Support ERP implementation projects and enhance AR operations efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders as a key point of contact across India and overseas teams.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong finance and accounting fundamentals.
- Experience with Accounting ERP & MIS systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
- Familiarity with methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Attention to detail, ownership, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Excellent written, verbal, and persuasive communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Mandatory: MBA Finance / B.Com with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven knowledge of accounting, finance, MIS reporting, and process improvement.
- Demonstrated strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
