Key Responsibilities
Engagement & Project Delivery
- Lead project modules independently and manage junior team members.
- Plan, budget, and execute projects, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Define project scope, deliverable content, and align with client expectations.
- Conduct status meetings, communicate risks, and track progress with stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth transformation delivery.
People & Team Development
- Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to team members.
- Contribute to EY’s staffing and talent development processes.
- Ensure team has necessary tools and support to meet objectives.
Client Engagement & Analytical Excellence
- Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Solve operational challenges with practical, data-driven solutions.
- Analyze complex problems, identify alternatives, and implement effective strategies.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and reporting.
Skills & Attributes
- Proven project management experience with independent track record of delivery.
- Strong expertise in business transformation, process improvement, and strategic planning.
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder, large-scale programs.
- Excellent documentation, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Agile, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in dynamic environments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Mandatory: B.E. / B.Tech or CA + MBA from a reputed institute.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management and delivery, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Relevant experience may include SOP preparation, process improvement, strategic or city planning.
