Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze market and strategic issues, assessing impacts and advising on solutions.
- Conduct market modeling and research to identify growth and investment opportunities.
- Support financial planning, project finance, and infrastructure advisory projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across government and public sector clients.
- Provide actionable recommendations on capital allocation, investment, and financing strategies.
- Assist in implementing Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) frameworks including Strategy, Corporate Finance, Buy & Integrate, Sell & Separate, and Reshaping Results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in energy transition, alternate fuels, and infrastructure projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent from a Tier 1 Indian school or a reputed foreign university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in research, analysis, and advisory.
- Experience in sectors such as infrastructure, energy transition, or alternate fuels is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and deliver practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple client engagements.
