As part of the Experience Management (EM) function within EY’s Assurance practice, you’ll work closely with service delivery teams to ensure optimal resource deployment and project success through efficient scheduling and proactive workforce management.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional in Resource Management and Scheduling to serve as a Point of Contact (POC) for assigned sector teams. In this role, you will design and implement staffing strategies, optimize utilization, and deliver high-quality scheduling solutions aligned with EY’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on resource management tools and scheduling methodologies.
- Coordinate with GDS Service Delivery teams to create optimized resource allocation plans for client accounts.
- Proactively identify staffing bottlenecks and design customized solutions for deployment challenges.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of resource schedules in internal systems.
- Maintain compliance with EY’s resource management guidelines and processes.
- Lead utilization improvement initiatives through strategic staffing and forecasting.
- Supervise and mentor junior EM associates on best practices in scheduling and resource planning.
- Support process improvement projects and re-engineering initiatives.
- Foster strong working relationships with onshore and offshore stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a business continuity plan for resource management activities.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in scheduling, staffing, or resource management.
- Experience in short-term and long-term resource planning preferred.

- Exposure to global delivery or professional services environments.
- Strong business acumen and interest in commercial and operational performance.
