Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Manage day-to-day project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional project teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and resolve conflicts.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues in a timely and transparent manner.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
Risk Management
- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Track risks throughout the project lifecycle and escalate issues as needed.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and generate insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–12 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation or technology consulting.
- Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Scrum.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar tools.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
