About the Role

As a Senior Executive – MIS, you’ll play a vital role in Deloitte’s financial reporting and analytics function. Your work will involve preparing monthly management reports, analyzing revenue trends, reconciling financial statements, and providing insights to business leadership.

This role requires a strong command of data analysis, financial modeling, and report consolidation using tools like Excel and SAP. You’ll help ensure Deloitte’s financial health and operational excellence through accurate, timely, and meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports covering revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
• Manage SAP entries for revenue, expense allocation, and accruals.
• Conduct monthly reviews of P&L accounts including salaries, overheads, and budget variances.
• Analyze debtors, WIP (Work in Progress), provisions, and prepaid expenses to ensure accounting accuracy.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation and maintain updated financial documentation.
• Prepare and consolidate reports for monthly global submissions including cash flow and forecast statements.
• Create and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for financial data consistency.
• Generate headcount and utilization reports, and analyze FTE and time-tracking metrics.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams on financial planning and forecasting.

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), ICWA, or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounting.

Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, MIS reporting, or FP&A roles.
• Prior experience with SAP, financial data management, and report consolidation.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (Revenue & Expense management modules).
• Understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and budget planning.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
