Deloitte India is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Cyber Security DLP Specialist to join our Detection & Response (D&R) team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager – DLP Specialist, you will:

  • Deploy and maintain DLP solutions on endpoints, servers, and cloud services
  • Configure DLP policies and rules for both network and endpoint protection
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve agent-related issues in collaboration with IT teams
  • Classify and categorize data to apply appropriate DLP rules
  • Ensure DLP integration with existing security tools and IT infrastructure
  • Conduct regular audits and compliance checks for GDPR, HIPAA, and internal standards
  • Generate reports for senior management and compliance audits
  • Train employees on data protection best practices and DLP policies
  • Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align DLP policies with business objectives
  • Maintain knowledgebase of known issues and solutions, and create SOPs for agent installation
  • Perform daily health checks of deployed components and ensure all systems are up-to-date

Skills & Experience Required

  • 4–6 years of experience in SOC operations and DLP solution management
  • Strong knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity principles, and SOC workflows
  • Experience with Forcepoint DLP or similar enterprise DLP platforms
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, policy configuration, and security monitoring tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
  • Graduates from Tier 1/2 institutes preferred
