Using analytics, research, and innovative technology, our team delivers end-to-end transformation that drives performance, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Taleo Implementation & Configuration

• Lead and execute end-to-end Taleo implementation projects in global environments.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations within Taleo.
• Configure modules including Recruiting (TEE/TBE), Social Sourcing, Evaluation Management, and Onboarding/Transitions.
• Conduct client workshops, CRPs, testing, cutover, and go-live support activities.

Integration & System Management

• Collaborate with Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party system teams for integrations.
• Manage patches, quarterly updates, and configuration enhancements.
• Ensure system performance, data integrity, and user adoption across regions.

Security, Customization & Optimization

• Set up security roles, approval hierarchies, and user access policies.
• Manage page personalizations and system customizations to align with business needs.
• Streamline candidate workflows, requisition templates, and evaluation rules for efficiency.

End-User Support & Training

• Provide user training and production support for Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Teams.
• Create training materials, SOPs, and user documentation for ongoing system adoption.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or Technology-related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Taleo implementation and support.
• At least two full-cycle Taleo implementations (Recruiting, Onboarding, or Social Sourcing).
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent understanding of Taleo security, workflows, and approvals.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops and translate needs into scalable system solutions.
• Certification in Oracle Taleo preferred; experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.
