Deloitte India is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager specializing in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with SailPoint IIQ expertise. This role is ideal for IT security and identity management professionals with 8+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNOW, IGA, and access management. Role Overview

As a Cybersecurity Manager – SailPoint IIQ, you will:

• Lead identity and access governance (IGA) initiatives using SailPoint.
• Integrate SailPoint with core enterprise systems including ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and others.
• Deliver automated identity lifecycle processes including joiner/mover/leaver (JML), recertification, access requests, segregation of duties, and RBAC.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive access policies and rules to mitigate risks.
• Configure connectors for application onboarding and data integration.
• Design and implement automated workflows to streamline identity management and improve efficiency.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training.
• Generate reports and audit trails to demonstrate compliance and track access activities.
• Collaborate with security teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in identity and access management.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNOW with enterprise systems.
• Configure connectors and onboard new applications.
• Manage access governance processes: JML, recertification, RBAC, SoD.
• Develop, enforce, and maintain access policies and rules.
• Automate identity lifecycle events and streamline workflows.
• Conduct auditing and reporting for compliance and monitoring.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.

Skills Required

• SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNOW configuration, customization, and administration.
• Identity & Access Governance (IGA) principles.
• RBAC, SoD, and JML process automation.
• Integration with ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other enterprise systems.
• Access policy creation and enforcement.
• Reporting, auditing, and compliance monitoring.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, mentor, and provide guidance to team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Governance (IGA) domain.
• Advanced knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNOW platform.
• Expertise in identity management, IAM frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with application onboarding and migrations in SailPoint.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Location & Work Mode

• Base Location: Bengaluru (PAN India)
• Frequent travel to client locations as required.
