About the Role

As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s SAP practice, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing OpenText xECM and SAP Document Management solutions. You’ll work with leading global enterprises to modernize their SAP landscapes, streamline document handling, and enable end-to-end automation.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional SAP teams (including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, CRM, and SRM) to ensure smooth system integration and seamless content management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) and SAP Document Management (DMS) solutions.
• Configure and manage SAP Business Workspaces, Repositories, Storage Categories, and Attachments.
• Integrate OpenText xECM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, and SAP SRM.
• Lead migration and archiving of SAP documents from legacy content servers to OpenText platforms.
• Develop Live Reports, Web Reports, and workflows using OpenText Content Server.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and propose scalable document management solutions.

Required Skills

• 6–9 years of hands-on experience in OpenText xECM and SAP DMS implementation.
• Proven expertise in SAP VIM and Document Management integration with S/4HANA.
• Experience in document archiving, version control, and workflow configuration.
• Strong understanding of SAP tables, data structures, and DMS version management.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Workspaces, Document Vaulting, and Document Search functionalities.
• Proficiency with OpenText Content Server, SAP GUI, and SAP Fiori applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Experience with SAP integration across MM, SD, and Finance modules.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
