About the Role
As a Manager in Process & Controls Risk Consulting, you will:
- Execute internal audit and risk consulting engagements from planning to reporting.
- Develop and review risk and control matrices, audit programs, and control testing.
- Provide insightful recommendations to improve clients’ business processes.
- Manage multiple engagements, team members, and budgets effectively.
- Support business development through proposals, lead identification, and methodology enhancement.
- Mentor junior staff to achieve performance goals and career growth.
You will collaborate with clients across various sectors, including the MENA region, and work closely with EY consulting teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end internal audits, including risk assessment, control testing, and reporting.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with EY’s quality and risk management policies.
- Maintain excellent client communication and foster long-term relationships.
- Support engagement budgets and contribute to proposals, marketing, and solution development.
- Mentor junior team members and lead engagement teams efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CIA, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Process & Controls.
- Valid passport for international travel.
