Job Summary
Join Ernst & Young (EY) as a Saviynt Staff Consultant in Bengaluru. This role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Saviynt IGA tool, supporting clients in implementing end-to-end IAM lifecycle projects. You will gain exposure to requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support while working in a global consulting environment.
As a Saviynt Staff Consultant, you will drive enterprise IAM initiatives, configure workflows, implement rules, and manage user provisioning and access certifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects, including project planning, client management, and team coordination.
- Participate in full IAM SDLC projects: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.
- Engineer, develop, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA tool.
- Build and configure application integrations, account and entitlement connectors, and perform periodic certification reviews.
- Work on Saviynt components: Warehouse, Access Request System (ARS), Rule Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, and Segregation of Duties.
- Configure workflows and birthright rules for user onboarding and access provisioning.
- Develop XML jobs and custom configurations in Saviynt IGA platform.
- Use RDBMS and SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and automation.
Skills & Attributes
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Saviynt IAM implementations.
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, and Enterprise Security standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and teams in complex projects.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional IT certifications in IAM or Saviynt are a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in Saviynt IGA implementation projects (requirements, development, testing, deployment).
- Proficiency with RDBMS and SQL queries.
