About the Role

As a Senior Consultant / Senior Team Lead, you will coordinate multiple workstreams supporting go-to-market strategies, resource fulfillment, and client onboarding. Your role ensures high-quality delivery, efficient problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making in alignment with organizational transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Management – GTM Execution

  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for practice offerings and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop enablement toolkits.
  • Track execution timelines, monitor deliverables, and escalate potential roadblocks.
  • Analyze GTM performance data to recommend operational improvements.

2. Resource Fulfillment & Planning

  • Maintain and manage the internal resource pool using Power BI and other tools.
  • Allocate resources efficiently based on demand forecasts and staffing cadences.
  • Proactively resolve resource gaps and ensure accurate demand-supply data.
  • Contribute to risk mitigation through escalation matrix adherence.

3. Client Onboarding & License Activation

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of clients and practitioners.
  • Support master data uploads and license provisioning.
  • Troubleshoot onboarding issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track key metrics related to GTM execution, resource fulfillment, and onboarding.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Identify trends to drive continuous operational improvement.

5. Market Insights & Campaign Support

  • Conduct market and competitive research to guide GTM strategies.
  • Assist marketing and sales teams in campaign ideation, execution, and post-campaign analysis.

Skills & Competencies Required

Must-Have

  • 6–10 years in program management, PMO functions, GTM execution, or resource strategy.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with timely execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Ownership mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and data quality.

Preferred

  • Experience in HR PMO, IT PMO, or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and organizational transformation programs.
  • Exposure to marketing operations, client onboarding, or SaaS/AI tools.
  • Experience in Big 4 consulting firms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications in Program Management, Change Management, or PMO disciplines are a plus.
