Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic studies to understand socio-economic conditions in target communities.

- Oversee the implementation of approved projects through regular field visits.
- Identify potential delays or cost overruns and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, government officials, and local authorities for effective project delivery.
- Provide actionable insights and reports to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support major projects advisory initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: BE/B.Tech (or equivalent) from a reputed institute/university in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in implementing government schemes or social development projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate project performance and socio-economic impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable with field visits, project monitoring, and reporting.
