Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Generative AI initiatives and strategy across client projects and internal teams.
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models for text, image, and multimodal generation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Manage end-to-end AI project lifecycle, including model development, deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, AI ethics, and security standards in AI deployments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and AI engineers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, AI research, and emerging Gen AI technologies to drive innovation.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and AI capability building within the organization.
Skills Required
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or equivalent AI/ML languages.
- Hands-on experience with Gen AI platforms, NLP, ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of data engineering, data pipelines, and AI model lifecycle management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex AI solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Post Graduation in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in AI, ML, and Generative AI project management.
- Prior experience in Big4 consulting or client-facing AI projects is a plus.
- Certifications in AI/ML platforms, cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP), or Gen AI are preferred.
