Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective ETL solutions.
- Architecture & Design: Develop comprehensive architecture and design documentation for enterprise data pipelines.
- Development & Testing: Oversee ETL development, testing, and deployment to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Compliance & Coding Standards: Ensure adherence to coding standards, information security protocols, and best practices.
- Non-Functional Requirements: Address performance, scalability, security, and maintainability in all solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data pipeline efficiency and integration quality.
Technical Skills Required
- Talend Expertise: Talend Data Integrator, Talend Data Catalog, Talend Data Quality
- Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, relational database design, and optimization
- ETL & Data Modeling: ETL design, data load strategies, data modeling, governance, and management
- SQL Proficiency: Advanced SQL, query tuning, and performance optimization
- Cloud Exposure: Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI
- Programming (Optional but Good to Have): Python, R
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate complex solutions and influence stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10th and 12th: 60%+
- B.E./B.Tech: 60%+ with consistent academic progression
