Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex M&A, private equity, and structured finance transactions across the AMI sector.
- Support deal origination and transaction ideation in coordination with senior leadership.
- Conduct financial analysis and modelling, including valuations, investment appraisals, and project finance assessments.
- Independently interact with clients, lead discussions, and deliver high-quality advisory outputs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of infrastructure sector trends, regulations, and commercial aspects of transaction documentation.
- Participate in live mandates and deal closures, ensuring compliance with commercial and legal requirements.
- Drive initiatives proactively and self-sufficiently, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA from IIM or other Tier 1 business schools.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or other buy-side advisory roles.
- Strong experience in financial analysis, modelling, valuations, and transaction execution.
- In-depth knowledge of the infrastructure sector and its key commercial considerations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven client interaction experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver practical solutions.
