Key Responsibilities
- Web Content Management: Upload, publish, and maintain content across ey.com and related digital platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Page Design & Optimization: Select appropriate modules/components/templates to achieve marketing objectives.
- Quality Control: Ensure high standards of visual aesthetics, content quality, and functionality across all web pages.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, designers, and global teams to ensure timely publishing of content.
- CMS Expertise: Use CMS and digital asset management systems to maintain, repair, and optimize web pages.
- Design Support: Apply basic knowledge in Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and MS Office for content enhancement.
- HTML Awareness: Utilize basic HTML skills to support page configuration and problem-solving.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines and marketing goals are met.
Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms.
- Strong eye for design, image selection, and layout.
- Familiarity with digital marketing best practices, including responsive design and link optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across time zones with global teams.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and processes.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AEM or digital content management.
- Understanding of page maintenance, content publishing, and CMS troubleshooting.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of HTML and visual asset management.
- Experience with Sprinklr, Brightcove, or Crownpeak.
