Summary
EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to join our Bengaluru team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–7 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, Inventory, and WMS. As an EY Oracle SCM Consultant, you will engage in solution design, functional specification drafting, implementation, and client-facing activities, contributing to EY’s mission of building a better working world. This role offers exposure to end-to-end Oracle SCM projects, global clients, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements using AIM or prescribed methodologies.
- Maintain and enhance Oracle SCM modules to support client operations.
- Conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions and participate in design reviews.
- Map client requirements against Oracle EBS SCM modules.
- Interpret functional requirements and design solutions from offshore and onsite.
- Lead Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap analysis, Training, and Testing sessions.
- Assist business users during CRPs, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare quality deliverables, functional specs, test scripts, and test cases.
- Conduct end-user training and support knowledge transfer activities.
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure project alignment and timelines.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and client handling skills, with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional design documents.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and prioritize release activities.
- Knowledge of release management processes and Oracle SCM modules.
- Comfortable with business travel and client site work; must have a valid passport.
- High energy, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Professional or Management Degree.
- 3–7 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules, with at least 3 years of implementation experience.
- Proven experience in solution design, functional specification drafting, configuration, and testing.
- Familiarity with Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, Inventory, WMS, and related SCM modules.
- Client-facing experience with the ability to interpret and deliver complex solutions.
