Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality consulting services for workforce and talent management projects.
- Utilize SAP expertise to implement, support, and optimize HR processes.
- Collaborate with global teams to execute multi-location projects successfully.
- Contribute to tools, methodologies, and process enhancements within EY’s People Consulting practice.
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities: Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Post-production Support.
- Ensure effective client communication, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement for all deliverables.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP and HR/Workforce Management systems.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, provide practical solutions, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and cross-cultural awareness.
- Agile, adaptable, and able to maintain positive energy in dynamic project environments.
- Willingness to travel for approved client projects as required.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MSc) or equivalent.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in workforce management, HR consulting, or SAP-based project delivery.
- Familiarity with global HR and talent projects is a plus.
