Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality workforce and talent management solutions for EY clients.
- Apply technical expertise in SAP systems to support consulting projects.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Participate in end-to-end project life cycle activities: Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, and Post-production Support.
- Contribute to tools, methodologies, and thought leadership development within EY’s People Consulting practice.
- Drive effective client communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting for all project deliverables.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MSc) or equivalent.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in workforce management, HR consulting, or SAP-based project delivery.
- Familiarity with enterprise HR and talent management systems and global project execution is a plus.
