Key Responsibilities
- Support global workforce management projects focused on HR strategy and talent optimization.
- Work on SAP-based workforce solutions including time management, attendance, leave management, and labor scheduling.
- Deliver high-quality project outputs, including configuration, process mapping, and system integration.
- Participate in end-to-end project life cycle activities: Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, and Post-production Support.
- Develop thought leadership, methodologies, and tools to enhance Workforce Management (WFM) service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and support effective communication across global teams.
Skills & Attributes
- Deep understanding of Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, and Workforce Scheduling.
- Proficient in SAP and WFM systems (e.g., UKG, Kronos, Ceridian, ADP E-time).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and adapt to complex, multi-client projects.
- High energy, agile, and committed to continuous learning and positive client impact.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MSc) or equivalent in relevant field.
- 4–5 years of experience in Workforce Management, HR consulting, or SAP implementation.
- Experience in WFM configuration: Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL for reporting and analytics.
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio) and data transformation techniques.
Preferred / Additional Skills:
- Certification in Dell Boomi or Workforce Dimensions.
- Familiarity with FTP/SFTP/EDI file transfers.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, RDL, or SSRS for reports.
- Understanding of payroll processes and HR policy design.
