Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end strategy engagements for FS clients across banking, NBFCs, insurance, payments, and wealth/asset management.
- Structure and analyze business problems; build robust, well-sourced models and exhibits in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Conduct primary and secondary research, competitor benchmarking, and customer/partner interviews.
- Build business cases (growth, cost, tech enablement) with clear assumptions and sensitivities.
- Draft client-ready storyboards and support workshops, PMO hygiene, and status reporting.
- Collaborate with technology, risk, and data teams to translate strategy into actionable execution plans.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical skills, business storytelling, and professional writing.
- Exposure to FS topics such as retail/MSME lending, deposits, cards/payments, insurance, and wealth management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, balancing commercial and legal requirements.
- Agile, curious, adaptable, and able to sustain positive energy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in strategy/management consulting, corporate strategy, product analytics in BFSI/fintech, or rotational leadership programs with FS exposure.
- Proven experience in building models, synthesizing insights, and creating client-ready presentations.
