Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Manage client accounts and build professional relationships.
- Identify business development opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Ensure adherence to EY’s standards, processes, and policies.
- Support EY initiatives to enhance market leadership, quality, and operational excellence.
Domain Expertise & Transformation Projects
- Apply in-depth knowledge in Skill Development, Education, Healthcare, Livelihoods, or similar sectors.
- Lead or support projects in Program Management, Strategy Development, and Monitoring & Evaluation.
- Conduct research, develop insights, and assist in project documentation and reporting.
Collaboration & Professional Growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and team development initiatives.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Sustainability, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Social Work, Environmental Studies). Master’s degree preferred.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in CSR, sustainability, or advisory roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of CSR frameworks, program evaluation, and strategic advisory practices.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
