Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP techniques.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define project objectives.
- Develop end-to-end AI pipelines, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Integrate with APIs and libraries such as Azure OpenAI GPT models and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Implement vector databases and similarity search algorithms for large-scale generative AI datasets.
- Conduct research on advanced AI techniques including transfer learning, domain adaptation, and model compression.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are applied in all projects.
- Provide technical mentorship to team members and promote best practices in AI development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD is a plus.
- 3–7 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI development.
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI solution deployment.
- Strong data engineering skills including data curation, cleaning, and preprocessing.
- Familiarity with trusted AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Terraform, CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of optimization techniques (e.g., MIP) for AI problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in AI model monitoring, logging, and performance evaluation.
